As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of Indigenous Health services, ensuring alignment with Northern Health's mission and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will partner with the Indigenous Health Leadership Team to implement culturally secure practices and address the health needs of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or related discipline
• Seven or more years of health care management experience
• Strong connection to Indigenous health issues
• Experience in community planning and engagement
• Knowledgeable in cultural humility and safety practices
