With over 30 years of experience in the field, you’ll be equipped to execute repairs efficiently while collaborating with team members to meet key performance indicators. Experience in welding and a strong background in auto body repairs are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels
• Disassemble vehicles accurately for complete assessment




• Use frame equipment to address structural issues
• Commit to ongoing skill development and quality

Requirements:
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of Auto Body Technician experience required
• Welding capability (MIG, TIG) necessary
• Preferred Red Seal or 310B certification
• Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox required
