You’ll manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring that terms reflect business objectives while mitigating risks. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support the execution of high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for MSA, SLA, NDA, and AI-specific contracts
• Partner with Sales and Finance for deal execution
• Draft and negotiate current legal templates
• Build efficient contract management processes
• Respond to evolving legal challenges and inquiries

Requirements:
• JD/LLB and active law practice status
• 3+ years in SaaS/Tech legal roles
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills
• Capable of managing multiple deals under tight deadlines
• Bilingual advantage in French desired
