Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile coaching initiatives within large enterprises
• Coach senior leaders, Scrum Masters, and product teams
• Facilitate PI Planning and key workshops effectively




• Support organizational design and Agile adoption efforts
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through metrics

Requirements:
• Over 10 years in Agile environments, with at least 2 years coaching
• Proven ability to lead Agile transformations
• Solid experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
• Independence in client-facing roles with a consulting mindset
