Your role centers on overseeing the execution of SOX compliance programs, necessitating collaboration with business process owners to rectify control deficiencies. Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal controls, ensuring they align with financial and operational needs. You will also coordinate remediation activities across multiple streams to ensure proper documentation and timely completion of actions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SOX compliance program execution and monitoring
• Partner with stakeholders for control deficiency remediation




• Develop and implement internal control structures
• Review and revise existing control documentation
• Manage and monitor remediation across various workstreams

Requirements:
• Preference for CPA, CIA, or CISA designations
• 5+ years in Big 4 or 10+ years in SOX/internal audit
• Robust knowledge of SOX 404 and ICFR standards
• Familiarity with COSO framework and PCAOB standards
• Insight into financial reporting risks in public environments
