Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical analyses under PSAS for project assessments
• Manage significant month-end and annual capital reporting
• Assist in external audits by providing comprehensive documentation




• Implement fixed asset policies and operational controls
• Perform detailed analyses of financial and procurement data

Requirements:
• Must possess a CPA designation
• Minimum 7 years of experience in capital or project accounting
• Solid preference for PSAS experience; IFRS is acceptable
• Expertise in documentation and financial reconciliation
• Proficient with ERP systems and analytical skills
