This role offers you the chance to lead Canadian Tire Bank's risk management function. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will enhance the Financial Risk Management capabilities while providing independent oversight of the Bank's risk profile. You will partner with various stakeholders to ensure that all financial risks are effectively managed and reported.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Deliver comprehensive risk assessments on strategic initiatives
• Establish Financial Risk Management oversight and governance




• Lead credit risk oversight and model assessments
• Prepare risk reports for Executive Management and Board

Requirements:
• 10+ years of risk management experience in finance
• Proven track record in managing financial risks
• Proficient in risk governance and reporting practices
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
