As the Chief Project Officer, you will be the major executive accountable for program success, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. This role demands exceptional project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the program meets its ambitious objectives while fostering environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of the upgrade program
• Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational standards
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals




• Implement comprehensive risk management strategies
• Foster a team-oriented program environment

Requirements:
• Engineering or Construction Management degree
• 10-15 years in major project leadership
• Experience with programs valued at $500 million or more
• Background in environmental infrastructure is preferred
• Strong strategic vision and team leadership
