As a Housing Support Worker, you will report to the Site Supervisor, focusing on the needs and risks of residents by developing tailored support plans. This position includes conducting counseling sessions and emergency response, all while ensuring a welcoming environment. Collaborating with the team, you’ll help individuals achieve their personal goals through life skills training and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and delivering resident support plans
• Conduct regular wellness checks and individual counseling




• Distribute harm reduction supplies and conduct intake
• Engage with partner agencies and contribute to meetings
• Maintain necessary documentation and reporting standards

Requirements:
• Completed diploma in a social or human services field
• Minimum one year of relevant experience required
• Solid communication and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of shelter services and community resources
• Ability to work nights and handle physical tasks
