You will take the lead on the field execution of purpose-built rental projects. Collaborating with the Project Manager and Director, you’ll be responsible for maintaining safety and quality while enhancing site productivity. Build strong relationships with trade partners, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a safety-first culture throughout project phases
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of all site activities
• Engage in procurement and manage subcontractors

Requirements:
• More than 8 years of relevant construction experience
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or Assistant role
• Demonstrated success in managing multifamily projects
• Deep knowledge of construction systems and sequencing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
