Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of acquisition integrations and purchase accounting
• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process

Requirements:
• 7+ years in accounting or finance roles
• 4+ years managing others in an accounting function
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, CPA preferred
