Requirements Provide product support directly to major mining customers
Support product performance improvement and customer relationship strengthening
Work at active mine sites, maintenance facilities and industrial locations
Troubleshoot crawler undercarriage systems and components in field environments
Convert field data into practical recommendations
Prepare clear and professional technical reports
Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
Deliver technical training and presentations
Perform inspections around large earthmoving machinery
Support the development of ITM’s future undercarriage solutions
Travel regularly to customer, distributor and remote mine-site locations
Work rotational 14-on/14-off shifts, including extended 12-hour days when necessary
Core Competencies Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting abilities, with expertise in crawler undercarriage systems and earthmoving machinery. Proficient in preparing technical reports and delivering effective training, while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality in demanding field environments.
