As a Senior Associate, you will take full responsibility for managing your Project Design Team. With over 10 years of high and low voltage experience, you'll ensure effective task distribution, quality assurance, and thorough field reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee training and development of design team members
• Manage resource allocation and project workload

Requirements:
• 10+ years in HV, LV, and control design
• Demonstrated experience with institutional projects
• University degree in Electrical Engineering
