Join IREN's innovative team as a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst, focusing on cloud security and regulatory compliance. This role offers an opportunity to lead risk assessments and manage critical FedRAMP initiatives.

You will utilize your 5-7 years of experience in IT program management or cybersecurity to enhance our governance frameworks. Your deep understanding of the FedRAMP framework, NIST 800-53 controls, and risk-based assessments will be essential for the successful implementation of security policies. Collaborate with government agencies and keep the company ahead of regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify strategic risks
• Develop and maintain security policies aligned with compliance standards




• Manage FedRAMP authorization process and external partner relationships
• Prepare security documents and policies for audit readiness
• Support IREN's Third-Party Risk Management and vendor assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Security or similar
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
• Proven leadership in FedRAMP authorization processes
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications inclusive of CISA or ISO 27001 preferred
