This full time position reports directly to the Director of Care and involves overseeing key clinical areas to ensure compliance with Extendicare’s model. You will act as a resident advocate, striving for high engagement and satisfaction levels. You'll also lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in care quality and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinical areas per the organization’s care model
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes

Requirements:
• Three years of registered nurse experience in long-term care
• Current RN registration with licensing body
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• CPR certification necessary
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
