Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across diverse categories
• Lead competitive procurement events and contracts
• Perform market analysis and total cost of ownership assessments
• Negotiate high-value supplier agreements
• Strengthen supplier performance through comprehensive evaluation
Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
• Preference for candidates with SCMP or CIPS designation
• 5 to 8 years of strategic sourcing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in procurement
• Experience within the mining or construction sector is valued
