Based in Newmarket, Beyond seeks a Senior In-house Legal Counsel to manage a broad spectrum of legal matters. You'll provide strategic guidance and practical legal advice, handling complex commercial contracts, corporate governance, and data privacy issues. This position combines hands-on work with high-level legal strategy, empowering you to influence the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and commercial contracts
• Draft, review, and negotiate global contracts, including SaaS and licensing agreements
• Develop a commercial contract playbook for the sales team




• Manage a Contract Lifecycle Management system for visibility and risk management
• Advise on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution

Requirements:
• UK-qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience
