This senior role reports directly to the Business Development Manager and is critical for growing Payworks' partnership program with accountants and bookkeepers. Your duties will encompass program design, content creation, and event hosting, all aimed at establishing Payworks as a trusted partner. Engage with key stakeholders, managing relationships and performance to drive channel success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance the partner program for accountants
• Produce insightful content and educational webinars
• Attend and represent Payworks at key accounting forums




• Build lasting partnerships and foster community engagement
• Track and report on performance metrics in the channel

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in relevant marketing and management roles
• Deep understanding of the Canadian accounting community
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement partner programs
• Knowledge of sales and marketing tools, especially CRM systems
• Track record of successfully growing partner relationships
