With a minimum of ten years in construction and substantial ICI project experience, you will be responsible for all field operations while upholding safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety and oversee site-specific construction activities
• Manage budgets and ensure project compliance
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively




• Mentor junior Superintendents and site staff
• Drive client engagement and relationship building

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience as a Superintendent
• At least 5 years as the lead on significant projects
• Experience overseeing multiple teams
• Valid trade certification or similar experience
• Proven delivery on substantial projects in the $50-100M range
