REquired skills:

3+ years of proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects .

Expertise in delivering at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle .

Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (SAP Activate preferred).

Advanced skills in project governance, risk management, communication, and leadership.

Proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior business stakeholders.

Availability for business travel to client sites.

Nice-to-have SKills:

Experience delivering SAP programs in a US business environment.

Exposure to other SAP solutions, such as SAP Ariba.

RESPONSIBILITIES:





Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors throughout all project phases.

Manage project planning, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting.

Drive key implementation activities, including design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Ensure strong stakeholder alignment, timely decision-making, business readiness, and a successful transition to the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
