Within the Patient Experience Team, this 12-month contract position focuses on enhancing recruitment and engagement for rare disease studies. By integrating data-driven plans and strategic partnerships, you will improve trial experiences for patients and caregivers while driving enrollment success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to this role's effectiveness in clinical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create integrated recruitment plans based on patient insights
• Manage the execution of engagement initiatives globally
• Foster robust partnerships to align engagement strategies




• Evaluate external solutions for scalable recruitment programs
• Implement methodologies to enhance the patient experience

Requirements:
• 5-8 years in clinical trial recruitment services
• Strong project management abilities across complex studies
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in utilizing AI tools to optimize processes
