The Policy, Legislation and Communications Division seeks a Manager of Policy to effectively lead policy functions and provide critical advice to the Minister and management. You will guide a team while coordinating reviews and developing materials that inform decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct policy function management and coordination
• Provide strategic insights to the Minister and senior leaders
• Oversee the development of briefing materials and policies




• Mentor and support a team of Senior Policy Advisors
• Engage in negotiations with various sectors and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Completion of an undergraduate and graduate degree or law degree
• At least 5 years of policy experience, with 2 years in related fields
• Minimum 1 year supervising a team
• Strong written and verbal communication expertise
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving capabilities
