Your accountability will include delivering and continuously improving the member-facing education program. As the main point of contact for educational activities, you’ll work alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your role will involve facilitating webinars and workshops, while also tailoring content for different member audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of member-facing educational content
• Facilitate interactive presentations and educational sessions
• Utilize member feedback for program enhancements
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders
• Present complex concepts in understandable terms
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of 8-10 years in the pension sector
• Robust facilitation and public speaking experience
• Ability to influence across various organizational levels
• Background in financial services or regulated environments
