In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Safety, executing major components of the safety lifecycle for AeroVect’s technologies. Tasks will include performing detailed safety analyses and collaborating with engineering teams to formulate effective safety requirements. Your analytical skills will support the preparation of safety documentation essential for deployment in high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive system safety analyses for autonomous vehicles
• Specify and trace hardware and functional safety requirements
• Collaborate with robotics, hardware,
and software teams
• Support safety case development for regulatory compliance
• Conduct quantitative analyses and evaluate system failure rates
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in safety engineering role
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and aerospace safety standards
• Background in hardware safety and reliability engineering
• Relevant technical degree in engineering disciplines
• In-depth understanding of failure analysis techniques and safety metrics
