Reporting to the Vice President of Conservation, you will guide strategic program development while overseeing cooperative teams. Your leadership will encompass diverse conservation approaches, advocating for wildlife sustainability, and ensuring evidence-based practices are followed. Engaging with stakeholders, you will enhance CWF's conservation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on establishing conservation strategies
• Develop portfolio-wide operational plans and performance metrics
• Provide technical leadership across various initiatives




• Ensure rigorous scientific support for programs
• Identify and address emerging conservation challenges

Requirements:
• Master's degree in ecology, biology, or a related field
• Over 10 years in conservation science or management
• Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in strategic and operational program management
• Proven history of building cooperative relationships
