This position focuses on operational accounting within a dynamic manufacturing workplace. You will oversee the accounting department, manage payroll activities, and collaborate with plant and financial leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct accounting department activities per GAAP guidelines
• Manage month-end close, budgets, and forecasts
• Approve payroll and review revenue recognition daily
• Submit corporate reports accurately and timely
• Conduct variance analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 7 years of operational accounting experience
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI
