You will provide leadership in quality assurance practices and manage technical reviews, ensuring productive project execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead track standards development aligned with corporate goals
• Ensure compliance in track design and maintenance activities
• Facilitate technical design reviews for track projects
• Guide team performance through effective coaching
• Oversee departmental budget management
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in heavy/light rail engineering
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Proficient in engineering design software
• Valid P.Eng. license desirable
