The Brick Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our management team in one of our Alberta retail locations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will guide merchandising, staffing, and customer service while promoting a high standard of store detail and accuracy.
You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, handle escalated service issues, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership, robust communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
