This role calls for a seasoned individual capable of providing strategic insights and managing comprehensive client relationships, while also mentoring emerging talent within the team. Your expertise will greatly contribute to the success of our Defined Benefits and Actuarial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead business growth strategies for consulting services




• Provide guidance on retirement plan design
• Mentor and develop junior consultants
• Assess and manage risks in retirement planning

Requirements:
• 15+ years in pension plan consulting
• Required actuarial designation (FCIA, ASA, FSA)
• Proven ability to drive revenue and identify opportunities
• Strong analytical capabilities in actuarial principles
• Excellent communication and guiding skills
