This permanent part-time position (0.2 FTE) focuses on aiding clients post-hospital discharge or at home. You will perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and provide emotional support while collaborating with family and healthcare teams on individual care plans. Your goal will be to foster independence and safety for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Prepare meals while assessing environmental risks
• Foster companionship and provide emotional support




• Assist clients in mobility and medication reminders
• Communicate effectively with health team professionals
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential; post-secondary preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly with vulnerable populations
• Personal Support Worker certification is preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license needed
