Travel Agent – Full-Time | Remote or On-Site

Travlin Hub Ltd. is a growing travel agency dedicated to providing personalized, reliable, and cost-effective travel solutions. We assist clients with everything from simple flight reservations to complex international itineraries, vacation packages, hotels, and other travel services.

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent who can confidently manage bookings from initial consultation through ticketing, changes, reissues, and post-booking support.

Role Description

This is a full-time Travel Agent position with the option to work remotely or on-site from our Milton, Ontario location .

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their travel requirements, research suitable options, create and manage reservations, issue tickets, process changes and reissues, and provide skilled after-sales support.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Sabre GDS , international airfare construction, and NET/JCB fares .

Key Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Travel Agent experience
- Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with NET/JCB fares
- Strong understanding of international airfare, fare rules, ticketing, and reservations
- Experience processing ticket reissues, date changes, voluntary changes, and airline schedule changes
- Experience managing and actioning Sabre queues
- Ability to research and construct complex international itineraries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced travel agency environment
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify suitable travel products and additional services
- For remote candidates, ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace

Responsibilities




- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Research and book domestic and international flights using Sabre
- Work with published, private, NET, and JCB fares
- Create and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
- Review fare rules and provide accurate information regarding changes, cancellations, baggage, and ticket conditions
- Issue airline tickets and ensure reservations are documented accurately
- Process ticket reissues, exchanges, date changes, and schedule changes
- Monitor and action Sabre queues promptly
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and other post-ticketing requirements
- Book hotels, vacation packages, car rentals, and other travel services when required
- Communicate itinerary details, fare conditions, and travel requirements clearly to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and booking-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, tour operators, and other travel suppliers
- Recommend suitable travel insurance, upgrades, and additional services
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, destination requirements, and industry developments
- Contribute toward individual and company sales targets
