Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each client.

Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
- Create customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations.
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
- Provide clients with detailed information about their travel plans and any necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
- Address any client inquiries or issues before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

- Previous experience in the travel industry or as a Travel Consultant is required.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and booking systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in using technology for research and booking purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
- A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
