Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary patient liaison throughout the treatment journey.

· Welcome and onboard all new patients, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

· Build trusting, long-term relationships through compassionate, personalized communication.

· Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

· Educate patients on treatment options including:

o General Dentistry o Dental Implants & Other Surgical Procedures o Sedation Dentistry o Orthodontics

· Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance benefits, helping patients understand their coverage, maximize available perks, and navigate treatment costs.

· Prepare estimates and discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and financing solutions.

· Coordinate treatment scheduling to support optimal clinical outcomes and patient convenience.

· Collaborate closely with the providing dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

· Follow up on diagnosed treatment and support patients in making informed decisions.

· Maintain accurate documentation and patient records within the practice management system.

· Scheduling support for the administrative team

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of dental administration experience required.

· Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is highly preferred.





· Experience with Open Dental practice management software is considered a strong asset.

· Comprehensive understanding of dental insurance plans, benefit coordination, predeterminations, and treatment estimates.

· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

· Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

· Confident discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements.

· A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for patient care.
