Ledcor Highways is looking for skilled Truck and Coach Technicians for multiple locations in Ontario. Join the Highway Maintenance team to ensure secure roads through hands-on maintenance and repair. This role focuses on maintaining heavy construction and maintenance equipment such as plow trucks, loaders, and graders.

Candidates with a valid 310T Truck and Coach ticket will thrive, and prior experience with highway maintenance equipment is a plus. You’ll also document maintenance tasks while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment
- Follow maintenance programs and inspection protocols
- Engage in Ledcor safety practices
- Document maintenance records accurately
- Travel to various field operations as needed

Requirements:

- Valid 310T Truck and Coach ticket or similar
- Previous highway maintenance equipment experience preferred
- 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket is an asset
- Valid Driver's License with driver’s abstract
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
