Key Responsibilities:
• Process member transactions with accuracy
• Guide members on products and services available
• Handle incoming phone inquiries professionally




• Provide access to safety deposit boxes as needed
• Complete daily processing and balancing tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred
• Experience in a sales/service setting (up to 1 year)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
