In the role of ESP4Y Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Community Connection Centre Manager to coordinate cohorts, facilitate workshops, and offer guidance to participants aged 16-29. Your expertise in case management and life skills facilitation will play a crucial role in empowering diverse and Indigenous populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate up to three cohorts with 16 participants each
• Deliver life skills and career development workshops
• Provide ongoing case management and participant assessments
• Facilitate participant engagement through group sessions
• Maintain accurate program records and manage client requirements
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in case management or employment services
• Relevant post-secondary education or related experience
• Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Successful Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
