In this position, you will focus on providing exceptional cleaning services at Atria Senior Living. Your responsibilities will encompass cleaning and maintaining public and private spaces, along with basic landscape upkeep. Attention to detail and adherence to safety practices are crucial for the safety and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean resident apartments and community offices
• Perform carpet and hard surface floor care
• Manage trash collection and community waste
• Tend to outdoor areas,



including gardens and pathways
• Report maintenance issues promptly to management

Requirements:
• Completion of Atria training programs is mandatory
• Basic arithmetic skills for operational tasks
• Proficient handling of cleaning tools and equipment
• Willingness to work versatile schedules
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions in English
