You'll work closely with other kitchen staff and be responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary environment while adhering to health standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up daily buffets and salad bars
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Create and present special dietary appetizers
• Ensure day-to-day cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid Food Safe certification required
• 2-3 years experience in kitchen roles
• Solid ability to communicate and collaborate
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts
