You will be part of a dynamic team located in Montreal, Laval, Quebec City, or Saint-Hyacinthe, working a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday. This role involves managing claims from initiation through settlement, leveraging your analytical skills to navigate policies and ensure fair outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open and facilitate claims over the phone
• Interview parties to gather detailed accounts of incidents
• Analyze policy details for claim coverage determination
• Make informed decisions about liability based on findings
• Settle claims adequately and process required payments

Requirements:
• AMF claims adjuster license, exams completed
• Experience in claims adjustment roles
• Exceptional communication skills and time management
• Bilingual proficiency: English and French
• Adaptability in a changing work workplace
