You will support guests with moorage and retail needs and maintain the marina’s facilities and grounds. Ideal candidates should exhibit passion for outdoor tourism and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service and support to guests
• Facilitate effective communication with customers and staff
• Conduct safety and maintenance checks within the marina




• Assist with vessel parking and service fee transactions
• Perform cleanliness and sanitation tasks daily

Requirements:
• Relevant customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of boating or marine operations is an asset
• Organizational skills in a high-volume environment
• CPR Level 1 and First Aid training preferred
• Experience in hospitality or recreational settings beneficial
