As a temporary 24-month contract employee, you will coordinate with the planner to oversee work flows and optimize material availability. This role requires Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency, excluding work permits. Your role will involve detailed reporting, SAP management, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work flow with the planner in the Machine Shop
• Ensure part availability to meet customer expectations
• Manage unplanned activities and work orders in SAP
• Create and publish daily/weekly status reports
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Previous experience in production planning
