• Lead and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct quantity take-offs across all estimate areas
• Prepare detailed bid estimates including site visit data




• Review and integrate terms into bid submissions

Requirements:
• Over 10 years’ experience in ICI construction estimating
• Diploma or degree in a related field, such as Engineering
• Advanced skills in MS Office and estimating software
