This role, part of the Passages Program, operates from August 2026 to September 2027, focusing on youth facing challenges in a group care setting. You'll maintain a secure and positive living space while fostering relationships and ensuring each youth’s unique needs are met. Collaboration and communication with colleagues and families are key to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead individual youth care and case management
• Create a supportive overnight environment
• Prepare meals and oversee daily routines
• Document observations and maintain records clearly
• Engage with families and external support staff
Requirements:
• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services
• Relevant experience in trauma informed care required
• Current criminal and intervention record checks necessary
• First Aid and CPR certification must be valid
• Class 5 driver's license with valuable standing required
