Position Available
Role Title: Cleaning Technician
Location: Sudbury
Schedule: Full-Time - Flexible Schedule (Various schedules available - Days, Evenings, Nights)
Duties & Responsibilities
Complete cleaning tasks as per the School specific checklist.
Cleaning duties may include but not limited to:
Sweeping & mopping Flooring
Wiping, Disinfecting and Dusting various surfaces
Restocking of Supplies; Paper Towel, Toilet Paper, Soap
Vacuuming carpets, runners, etc..
Managing Site Inventory: Placing orders for supplies & equipment.
Responsible for Site Security: Alarm Codes & Keys.
Documenting Completed Tasks in Communication Binder.
Communicate with supervisors as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Valid driver's license with own mode of transportation
Must be bondable and legally able to work in CanadaMust be flexible and available on evenings and weekends as necessary
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs
Strong time management and organization skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
