La Maison du Kouign-Amann seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Kanata, Ontario. This full-time position requires creativity, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality customer service.

As a key part of La Maison K, you will leverage your 5+ years of pastry experience to create delicious French pastries and cakes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring kitchen inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and enhancing customer experiences through engagement. Working alongside the Head Pastry Chef, you'll contribute to menu development and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake diverse pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Creatively decorate cakes to meet our visual standards




• Collaborate with the kitchen team during busy periods
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
• Manage packaging of baked goods for sale

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years pastry chef experience required
• Robust customer service orientation
• Fluency in English; French is preferred
• Familiarity with baking equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
