This position is tailored for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors. You will work alongside the Active Living Manager to develop and implement programs focusing on fitness, social pursuits, and emotional well-being while fostering a friendly workplace for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate wellness programs that engage and inspire
• Provide suggestions to enhance entertainment options
• Drive residents to participate in scheduled activities
• Create a respectful and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:
• Class 4 Unrestricted License required with 3 years driving
• At least 1 year experience with seniors in recreation
• Strong problem-solving skills in customer-facing roles
• Effective communicator with strong relationship skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development
