As a Coordinator, you will facilitate awareness and answer inquiries at PlaySmart Centres while maintaining relations with casino staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting educational programs and managing data related to player interactions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase participation in responsible gambling programs
• Assist players and direct them to services
• Educate about gambling risks and choices




• Organize initiatives for better gambling habits
• Foster connections with staff in gaming environments

Requirements:
• Experience in health promotion, education, or a relevant field
• Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High sense of empathy in challenging scenarios
• Valid G Class Driver’s License for local travel
• Capacity to lift items up to 42 pounds regularly
