Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents in bathing, dressing, and daily tasks
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
• Support and document residents' health observations
• Safeguard resident confidentiality and rights
• Participate in team meetings to enhance care delivery
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Health Care Aide program
• Registration with Alberta’s Health Care Aide Directory
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Capability to handle physical demands of the role
• Solid interpersonal skills in a team setting
