Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the transition to a new Contract Lifecycle Management platform
• Automate the intake process for legal work engagements
• Develop and manage performance metrics for the legal team




• Conduct root cause analyses and facilitate process improvements
• Manage budget forecasting and outside counsel relations

Requirements:
• 7+ years’ experience in legal operations management
• Familiarity with CLM software such as Agiloft or comparable
• Proven leadership in budget management and resource allocation
• Strong project management experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
