This key role emphasizes inclusive child care and family support, alongside developing age-appropriate curricula for children under 5 years old. You'll also focus on fostering positive relationships with families while ensuring safety and compliance with licensing requirements. Working collaboratively with staff, you will contribute valuable insights to individualize programs for children's diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain curricula in line with child care regulations
• Foster positive self-esteem and holistic development in children




• Supervise children's activities and ensure safety
• Participate in conflict resolution with parents and staff
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all Centre information

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification needed
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR required
• Must pass Criminal Records Check
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
